Contexto. Mid-market B2B SaaS running ~3,000 support tickets per week across Zendesk and Slack. A Head of CX owns triage, a product ops team owns feature follow-through, and the CEO reads a weekly brief.

Problema. Signal is scattered across tools. Triage is done manually every Monday. Nobody can point to what changed in the last 7 days beyond anecdote. Executives get a hand-written summary that is behind the conversation by ~5 days.

Approach. Voice pack + Radar pack. Ingest Zendesk + Intercom + Slack into FUVIHUB via API. Schedule a 7-day digest cadence. Alert rules bound to churn-risk and regression signals. Governance policy keeps access restricted to CX + product ops + one exec viewer.

Contexto. Regulated fintech operator tracking macro signals, commodity indices and regulatory filings. Intelligence lives across three people, each with their own notebook. No shared structured view.

Problema. Macro signals are read once and forgotten. Regulatory filings are reviewed reactively. The head of risk has to convert scattered notes into a weekly memo by hand. Boards ask for receipts; nobody has them.

Approach. Radar pack + Fintech pack. Pre-configured sources (World Bank, Eurostat, SEC EDGAR via RSS). Scheduled briefs 7d/30d/90d. Webhook targets push to the risk team's Slack with HMAC-signed payloads. Policy blocks non-Risk roles from reading briefs.

Resultado. Every signal has a timestamp, a source, and a correlation id. Weekly memo is assembled from published briefs instead of handwritten. Audit trail satisfies governance review.
